🍦 宙學這幾個月關於 Access 以及其他課程的美好教導 & 學習 🍦

這幾個月 Access 有好幾個新的元素出來，例如人格、Prizmatic、結構、自主性以及更新的除障句。其中改變我最多的是自主性 (Autonomy) 🏖️ Gary 分享說如果當一個人的觀點其實是一個固化、結構性的評判的時候，如果因為你對這個人的關愛與你們之間的關係而你選擇認同、捍衛了他擁有這個觀點的權利 (right to have the point of view) 的同時就是在支持著這個觀點 🍀 我們很多時候會將認同與支持作為我們唯一的選擇，而令一個選擇則是真正的賦能 (empowerment) 於對方，最好的方式之一就是允許對方的選擇、不買入同於透過提問來賦能於對方擁有更清晰的覺察 🎁 在最近幾個月的生活中我一直在學習更加的臨在，Gary 曾多次說過臨在 (Presence) 是個意識元素。但是直到今天在聽我喜愛的作者 Joe Dispenza 的課程的時候，突然豁然開朗有了全新的理解。 『 When you are truly living in the present moment, you have no judgement, when you are not judging based on what happened in your past and what's going to happen in the future. Hence, you don't solidfy energy into matter, and wavelength into particles. 當你真正的活在當下的時候，你沒有評判，你不會基於你的過去所發生的以及即將在未來發生的一切評判。因此你不會將能量固化為物質、將聲波固化為粒子 』 這或許就是讓停滯能量順暢、自然的流動的秘訣！😊⭐️
